We are looking to employ an administrative assistant to help with the running of a busy physiotherapy clinic across multiple sites. Your job role will include the day to day running of the reception in addition to dealing with all administrative tasks associated with running a busy physiotherapy clinic. This will include; liaising with various referral contracts, managing all e-mails and phone calls, front of house in our Seaham clinic, managing promotion on all of our social media sites and more.
An efficient and professional approach is required for this job role. Previous experience in a similar type of role is preferred but not essential; however some high degree of computer literacy is required. You should be use to working on several administrative tasks and be able to switch between them, whilst providing excellent customer service to people contacting the clinic. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature, you should be ready to support our team and build a natural and respectful rapport with our client’s.
The role is initially for 16 hours per week and provided at minimum wage for your age category. Hours may be extended as the job role demand increases.
